Check engine light shows up, had it checked and was informed that it is a stored code caused by a cam shaft position sensor. Jeep cleared the code and told me that it is probably a bad connection somewhere but if the light comes back on return the Jeep so they can check it again.
Last week the light comes back on, I drove in, they checked and same code, booked an appointment for this morning.
Two days ago while coming back from camping the "aero mode" suspension never goes back to normal with reduced highway speeds or even at a stop. I was able to force "normal height" with the selector.
Yesterday driving home from work I set my cruise at 105 kph, the Jeep lunged a few time then settled in with the transmission in D7. At the next intersection, I slow down but the transmission stays in D7. Selecting sport or the paddle shifters did nothing. I stopped at the side of the road, selected P and N and back into gear but still locked at D7. Transmission resets after a vehicle restart.
The new Toyota Tacoma is starting to look good!
I'll post Jeeps findings when I get them.
