Steering Wheel crack?

Anyone have their steering wheel crack at the top (wood portion)
I think mine may have. I cant tell if its a scratch or a crack.
400 miles left on bumper to bumper warranty

That used to be pretty common on Lexus wood wheels, I would think Jeep would cover it under the warranty.

All the situations with the Lexus wheels I remember happened way out of warranty.

Hey Sw03es... Nice to see another local!

It's not uncommon for the wood steering wheels to crack as they age. Every other car I've had has done this over time, generally at higher mileages. Get it fixed under warranty and have another 36k crack free miles! Hopefully the new designs are better than the older ones.

You should see the cracks in all wood steering wheel on friends Jaguar XKE! It's held together with epoxy injections.
