Strange Shudder at rear of my 3.6L

Greetings,
Once in a while when I back out of the driveway and then put my JGC in drive, I experience a strange shudder coming from either the rear diff or the wheel ends.
Goes away immediately when I take my foot of the gas then drive away fine.
Wondering if this is a control module issue.
Anyone experienced this?
I have a 2012 Laredo with 3.6L

Check TSB's ongoing and have seen nothing referring to anything like this.
It almost sounds like the diff gears are grinding or the ABS is actuating.
Very strange as if I were to guess I would suggest it is an electronic issue related to the QT 1 more than an actual physical gear grinding.
This is my fourth Cherokee and I have never heard anything remotely like this.
I will of course be taking it in to the dealer and only hope it will reproduce the condition when they test drive.
At any rate I appreciate your input.
I am a Jeep man through and through so I am not knocking the Brand.
I only hope my luck has not run out as my previous three Jeeps had no less than 380K clicks on them with my 1990 having over 400k with minimal issues.
