Stutter/Misfire Up Hills ('12 WK2 Overland Hemi)

My WK2 Hemi has had an issue since new . . . nothing horrific, but there's a discernible stutter when driving up long grades, a bit of roughness that feels like an intermittent misfire. My guess is that it's actually most likely a fueling issue, as most modern vehicles run a pretty lean mixture, but I was wondering if there's any collective wisdom out there regarding this issue.

I used the search function to see if this has been previously addressed, but couldn't find anything. Any thoughts?

I only notice this when I am light on the gas and going up a grade. If you get on the throttle a little more it goes away.

My guess is the ECU is trying to get the best gas mileage and is right between switching to MDS and regular drive mode.

Thanks for the search hint. It looks like a similar issue has been discussed here: Surging/shuddering between 40-60mph in 5.7l

Some of these posts describe a similar situation. Mine only occurs when driving up fairly mild grades at a constant speed. I thought it felt like a misfire, but maybe it's a driveline issue.
