Angry Three issues at ones

Hy i have a 2014 grand cherokee overland i haved for 1 & 1/2 year and today i have a couple of issues first on the nav screen appear vehicle phone requires service couple seconds after appear ACC & FCW That it is off and need service and the last but not least rigth after the air bag simbol turn on together whit the simbol of the buckle up saing that i don have the seat belt on and i was wearing it so all this happen at ones i whent to the dealer of lithia dodge of Santa Rosa,Ca and they haved for 2 hours cose i was asking evrery 20 mins or so they hurry up to look whats goin on so they say that it needs a new module that handless the ACC & FCW that that it will clear the seat belt and the air bag issue but they dont haved they haved back order for 15 workin days from today mean whyle the seat belt and air bags dont work if i have and accident they both it will fail to do what they supposs to do so baisicle im driven in a 2014 vehicle whit a 40's tecnology the belt that i have buckle up it just to show the police that i wearing it but dont work thas that about the vehicle phone they dont know and they toll me to do another app and leave the truck for how long they dont know so i was woundering if someone else have the same issue that can help me

While at the dealer, drop your computer off at the Geek Squad and have them fix the punctuation keys...



Seriously, 1.5 years would put you into the range of build dates [listed on your door sticker] where some of those things were not uncommon, where you probably want to make sure you get the TSBs and module upgrades that are available in addition to any repairs needed--for which about all the help we can offer is sympathy and suggest to contact Jeep assist and see if another dealer near you has parts.


Can't say if you really do need a new ACC module, but some folks here have had nothing more than loose mountings on the front sensor. Try searching for ACC or FCW, and if you use google, add jeepgarage to the search strings.

I'd make sure you get the loose ground/firmware flash for the EVIC lighting up.
Plus, depending on transmission, that flash.
