There are several posts about this. So far no real solution available. Even the TSB for this already dated (meaning the described part to replace the noisy shocks). I thought of putting some rubber piece between the shock mount and the wheel well. But so far I will go to the dealer each time it starts and let the replace it. See it the same as a filter change ;-)
Either we will give up (live with the noise, replace shocks regularly, replace shocks & springs to standard suspension, lemon law the car) or Jeep eventually brings a solution. Guess what I bet for?
