Unfortunately your experiencing the pitfalls of Chryslers cheap & easy(for them), cut, hack, & graft failed internal fuel pump relay TIPM "fix". I did predict this was going to be an issue with less than competent, local crack Jeep service techs doing the work as it's never a good idea to hack into the main wiring harness of any modern computer controlled vehicle.
You should have taken my advise and insisted on a brand new redesigned TIPM module back in March!
