TSB Numbers for 14 WK2 Issues

I will do some research here, but after a quick search I was unable to find what I was looking for. I have a '14 WK2 with the Hemi, and I had read in the past there was an update to the transmission to improve shifting. (Mainly downshifting while coming to a stop) I also have had issues with my Unconnect system, ranging from being unable to hear people while connected to my phone, to getting a 911 error issue every time I start the car.

The dealership has been very reluctant to help, going as far as saying there are no updates for the problems or issues I am getting. Does anyone have the TSB numbers (or documents) for the trans update and the Uconnect update? I figure if I go to them with the numbers and/or documents, they will at the very least have to admit there are updates.

The vehicle was delivered last August (2013), so I assume the build was in June or July. I can verify that later if needed.

I am just looking for some guidance here, it is incredibly frustrating to work with a dealer that plays dumb...

There's also a TSB for a replacement antenna, where I dunno if it actually helps or not.

Download the TSB's memorize the symptoms, come back and repost if you have questions and folks can fill you in with enough details you can use to create the service request description.

If your dealer still plays stupid, call Chrysler and ask them to ask the dealer if the service manager can spell "TSB" and if there is another dealer in your area that isn't such a jerk.

before telling the dealer about the radio, do the update - then see if you still get the message. if you do, then tell the dealer (be sure to tell them you have updated it)

I've tried this on 3 different browsers and get the same error message:

"Entered VIN is not valid. Please confirm"

I triple checked and VIN is valid.

If you just got your Jeep it may not be in that system yet.
The latest software is version 14.05.03. Check in your settings for your version.

Ok, dealer updated the Uconnect (supposedly), but flat out refuses to update the transmission. It was made before November of 2013 (8-13), and no update was ever done before delivery.

Try going to a different dealer for service some(or I should say many) are just rotten. I changed dealers and is the difference of night and day getting things done.
