TSB on leather dash delaminating?

I have read others on here having similar issues of the stitched leather dash delaminating from the hard surface below and forming air bubbles. Mine started to do that as the summer began to hear up in PA. It's getting worse and worse.

I'm almost embarrassed to bring it up to the dealer...this vehicle has been in the shop for quality control issues at least 6 times since I took possession in February. I'm getting very frustrated.

Does anyone know of air bubbles in the dash being a TSB or somewhat common issue, or am I another one of the unlucky few???
