TSB Question?

How are TSB's handled by the manufaturer. By this I mean, if a TSB is created, does the manufactuer change/update this fix to all vehicles still in production and going forward?

Nope TSB's are fixed for free during warranty period. after that all you unless you bought max care

Recall's are fixed no matter what status of warranty for free.

Re: TSB Question?

Basically because im concerned of two things. I should be ordering a '15 JGC diesel in a few weeks and am worried about the quadralift as well as traction/brake control. I've heard of compressor issues and sagging as related to the airbags. Also I currently take my WJ out to the beach in very soft sand at least every other week, I'd hate to have my family loaded up for a day in the sun only to get a "SERV 4WD" light and be stuck out there. I was hoping the fixes/computer updates for these two issues will be ironed out, and me not having to address the issue after the fact.

Re: TSB Question?

Im pretty sure the Serv 4wd light was an issue for the previous model (especially the 2011)

Re: TSB Question?

So have they fixed the deep sand issue for the new WK2's by completely disabling the ESC function in SAND mode? I've heard of people taking theirs in to the dealer to get fixed but havent been able to find out exactly what they are doing different now.
