Same issue with our 2011 WK2, although it also effected normal starting not just remote start. The relay in the TIPM that controls the fuel pump was shorting out and thus not running the pump every time. They wanted to install a fuel pump relay bypass kit, effectively bypassing the TIPM for this function and leaving a faulty part in my vehicle. I refused this half-assed solution and started a case with Chrysler. Car was way out of warranty, but I convinced them to pay for half due to the known issues these vehicles are having with the TIPMs. I was without the car for a week, but worth saving $600 and letting Chrysler know this issue is affecting customer loyalty..
