Re: UConnect problems with HTC Droid Incredible

Well, it isn't an Android issue. My Motorola Droid connects quickly everytime and works great. I am planning on getting the Thunderbolt when it comes out in a month, so I'm hoping the Incredible problem doesn't carry over to the new HTC phone....

Re: UConnect problems with HTC Droid Incredible

I have the 430N and the iphone 3g. Connects within 60-90 seconds. Streams music on bluetooth. I have not tried to direct connect it to usb ports, but everything else seems to work good.

Same experience. First gen Moto Droid. No issues connecting to 730N radio.

Re: UConnect problems with HTC Droid Incredible

I have an Incredible and it has no problem connecting for the phone and even uploaded my contacts. The Bluetooth streaming skips and sounds like it is fast forwarded, pretty bumed, hopefully they will come out with a fix, would love to stream Pandora, music library, etc. Seems like the Iphone 4 has the same problem so hopefully if/when they update the radio it will fix it for the Incredible as well.

Re: UConnect problems with HTC Droid Incredible

Will, I got the new HTC Thunderbolt, and while phone calls work fine, streaming music over Bluetooth is choppy and too fast. It looks like an HTC phone problem (EVO, Incredible, Thunderbolt). This may be a deal breaker for me on this new phone. My old Moto Droid worked perfectly in the Jeep, and with my Moto Bluetooth headset. The Thunderbolt also does not work with the Bluetooth headset for streaming music.

Sounds like iPhones are having problems as well, hopefully it can be fixed with an update to the radio.

Re: UConnect problems with HTC Droid Incredible

My Samsung Fascinate has the same audio issues when trying to play music as well. I have even used several custom roms on my phone, some that are built straight from stock Android source and still no luck. Oh well, the aux headphone jack is my workaround for now but I would really love to ditch the wire.
