Useful PIDs fro 2014 GC Diesel

I have a 2014 GC Diesel and of course I am having emission test issues.

I do have a GoPoint BT1 and DashCommand. Its quite good.
I am just now learning to use it. How do PIDS get loaded into this tool?

Can anyone suggest any extra useful PIDS that should be loaded for my vehicle?

Thanks

Re: Useful PIDs fro 2014 GC Diesel

Thanks to Steve1307 for these - Is DPF issue for 2014 CRD fixed now?

OBD II PIDs

% DPF full calculated value.

Name: DPF % full
Mode: 01
PID: 8B
Min: 0
Max: 100
Units : %
Equation: C*100/255.

"CAT temp Bank1 Sensor1"

Name: CAT Temp
Mode: 01
PID: 3C
Min: -40
Max: 6513.5
Units : C
Equation: ((A*256)+B)*0.1 -40

The CAT Temp one will show in Celsius with those settings.

How do I take the PIDs above and get them into my DashCommand? I am a OBD-II newbie.

I don't use Dashcommand, I am sure Google is your friend though.
Here is the user manual - http://www.palmerperformance.com/dow...ser_Manual.pdf

Or ask in the thread I linked to as members in there use Dashcommand. I am sure the answer is probably there already if you read from that point on.

Dashcommand is not very friendly to custom PID's. The way they have the software set up there really isn't a way to do it. While their display is nicer than Torque, I pretty much abandoned it in favor of Torque.

Thanks for the suggestion but Torque only runs on the Android OS whereas I live in a totally Apple device house.
So I will have to stick to DashCommand.
Cheers

Re: Useful PIDs fro 2014 GC Diesel

I use OBD Fusion on iOS, it's easy to input custom PIDs. Although not sure if that will work with your BT1 as that works via Bluetooth and not WiFi like all other iOS BBD II devices.

Is it not possible to enter custom PIDs in the GoPoint App?
