Not sure, but they did the following on mine last week and now the issues are even worse:
- Replaced the hub assembly in all 4 wheels
- Replaced the Fortera w/ Eagles
- Road force balance
- Reprogrammed transfer care
In addition to the vibration issues, I also had issue where if I locked the car, at random times after, the car alarm would go off. They replaced the hood latch as it fried.
And... (I feel like I'm at a drive thru) my radio display locks up on both Sirius and Nav. They ordered a new radio but I was told it would be a few weeks.
This is the most frustration thing I've ever dealt with in my life. After driving this thing 1,400 miles to/from Cleveland - Myrtle Beach, SC last week, a trip to Canton coming up this weekend, Cincinnati a couple weeks after, Columbus the following and Louisville 2 weeks after Columbus, I need a resolution. I cannot and will not deal with this shaking car any longer. It has almost 10,000 miles, 3 different dealers have looked at this for a total of 6-7 times now, my frustration is through the roof and I'm about to blow a gasket myself.
I absolutely DO NOT want this car any longer and it's falling on deaf ears. I'm ready to start contacting news stations in the Cleveland area.
