What Part Am I Missing - ACC/FCW Sensor

Hey All,

First post, long time lurker since I bought my 2014 JC WK2 Limited about 1.5 months ago. I bought the vehicle used, with 40k miles on it - so no warranty.

I got a great deal on the vehicle and bought it "as-is". The only issue with the vehicle is that the ACC/FCW sensor is having some issues. If the vehicle is parked, or moving less than about 10 MPH, the sensor works fine. Once i get over the 10 MPH mark - I am hit with the message to Wipe off the sensor. After doing a fair amount of research on here, and looking at pictures, I realized the sensor doesn't look right - almost like it's missing a cover. I've scoured Mopar and can't seem to find exactly what I'm missing.

I've attached below a photo of the sensor in my vehicle. Trying to determine what part I need. I want to try to get it installed myself and see if that resolves my issues, and then if not, will take it in to dealer to get it worked out.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Edit - Upon looking further, It would appear I need either Mopar part# 68143107AB (Fascia, Front - BEZEL, Adaptive Cruise Control - 68143107AB | Mopar) or 68143108AB(Fascia, Front - BEZEL, Adaptive Cruise Control - 68143108AB | Mopar)

When I google image searched around - both parts look identical - any idea which one is the right choice?

Don, t think replacing the bezel will fix your sensor issue. The ACC will work with the lower front guard removed. Will fix the appearance though.

It functions right now - just stops once the vehicle is travelling at a high speed / the sensor is moved (either from normal driving or a bump). I found another thread where the bezel being off caused the same issue.

Figure I'd try first with the bezel - and if it's still not functioning, then it's time to head in to the dealership.

If the front sensor is loose that will result in the message.

Bezel won't fix the problem.
My new car came without the bezel and worked fine for several months.
I think you will find the sensor is chipped, giving you the clean sensor message
