Hanen't had a problem but there is a diagnostic tree in the service manual
(section 09) on "ENGINE WILL NOT START" that lists possible problems.
On other cars I first perform triage by pouring about 1/2 oz of gasoline into the manifold (or spraying into the throttle body screen), hold throtlle plate about 1/2 open, and crank. If it sputters and maybe runs for a few seconds, you have a fuel problem. If nothing, it is electrical. If it doesn't turn at all you have a different problem. (usual weasle words apply - do not try in your living room, leave to professionals, etc.)
