Re: 2011 wk2 headers/chip

I work 9-7 mon-fri in Newark NJ .. then I drive back home to LongIsland .. so I don't really have time to see or call him during the week to "chat"

I don't mean to be taking this out here, its just why cant he answer my questions via email when he is ALREADY EMAILING ME.

I don't doubt the quality at all. What I want to know is what is involved in the installation in a WK2 5.7. I have read that the heads need to be removed and that heat shielding needs to be applied. This raises the installation difficulty up a notch, and I don't know that I would do all this on a warrantied engine.

Yeah not sure the process exactly. ARH team did good work when installing headers at corvettes at carlisle.

Re: 2011 wk2 headers/chip

Okay I got some new information out of Nick,

Remember Price vary on size tube you want and with or without cats. The size I wanted and with cats are Normally priced at $1645.00 ...

He said he will be able to discount depending on how many people and give free shipping to only people the live in the lower 48 states.

So lets try and grab some more people! maybe start a new thread?

Im sorry to say, I don't think so.

for $1,600.00 without installation .. im not being a guinea pig, especially after someone saying that you might need to take the heads or valve covers off, or trimming things...
