I think most of the guys around here use Diablosport Trinitys for hardware with HemiFever tuning. It is good for maybe 15 - 20 HP. You also may want to consider a ported throttle body, available from Fastman or a couple other places

Re: 2011 wk2 headers/chip

yeah I couldn't find much in the header department when I was looking also, what I did find was that its a dam tight squeeze. Also the 6.1LSRT8 stock exhaust manifold fit our 5.7L's nicely and its an upgrade, but you will also need to cut 2 things, the gaskets in half or else they will leak and the other I think is to trim a piece off the bellhousing or something I don't remember. also you will need a custom mid section exhaust after that.

I would also suggest a ported TB and a catchcan

I dont want to have to modify that many things just to get a few hp, but the ported tb is soundin pretty good to me...and y the catchcan? Is that only if i go with the srt manifold and cut the gaskets?

Re: 2011 wk2 headers/chip

No the catchcan is just a nice mod for the 5.7L. No HP gains, but it prevents oil from going into the intake manifold and messing with timing and detonation. Also prevents the intake manifold and the back of the throttle plate from gunking up.

Re: 2011 wk2 headers/chip

contact american racing headers, they should have them available but not listed, Assuming the headers are the same as the durango, which they definitely have.

He responded super quick lol

Frank yes we do make a system specific to your 5.7L Jeep. The headers have the same routing as the 6.4L but we offer various primary sizes to provide better performance based on what upgrades you have planned. The connection pipes are slightly different. We also offer a catback.
Are you local to us here on Long Island? If you are we'd love if you stopped in to see our header systems first hand. If you aren't we can gladly build and ship a system to you. Let me know. Thank you.
