2012 SRT8 Dyno Tune VS Stock Tune & Race Gas Mix

Ok i was looking at my times with a stock tune with my race gas mix and a group members time with mods of cmr dyno tune,cai and exhaust and there was about 70 lbs diff in our body wt with both 2012 srt8 jeeps. His 91 octane dyno tune was on same day as our runs on that night at IRWINDALE DRAG STRIP. His dyno tune was on a dynojet and it put out 415 hp and 426 lbs tq and his runs were on 91 octane and mine were with a bone stock tune and no mods with 98 octane of (2.5 gal 91 and 2.5 gal vp109). HERES THE RUNS.
ME................................HIM
RACE WT.....5492 LBS....5422 LBS.
DA.............+124 FT......+ 124 FT
60'.............1.80...........1.84
330'...........5.31............5.33
1/8 MILE.....8.26...........8.26
MPH...........82.87.........83.30
After the 60' he was catching up. So i guess my hp was about eq to his dyno tune and mods in the 1/8 mile and he probably would be faster in the 1/4 mile and his wt advantage of 70 lbs was werth .05 in the 1/8 mile. I wished i dynoed mine bone stock and with the gas mix just to see what what the diff would be.

Does that mean that the PCM can/does advance the timing to take advantage of the higher octane?

There is probably a window of operation the factory program has, higher octane would let it operate at the peak.
