Re: 2014 3.6 V6 Dual Exhuast for Grand Cherokee?

I want to hear/see sound clips on this system. $1255 for an exhaust sounds pretty high. I paid much less than that for the exhaust on my '08 VW r32 that had to come from the UK.

Absolutely no problems so far, no rattles or anything like that. Only thing I've noticed is a slight decrease in gas mileage because it sounds so good to get on the throttle!

Did you notice any significant performance improvement? Any idea on what the increase in HP might be? I would be interested in knowing if you see any mpg change when your foot isn't so excited.

Re: 2014 3.6 V6 Dual Exhuast for Grand Cherokee?

I have never changed an exaust before, so is this something that needs to be done by a professional mechanic? If not can one person do this on their own? And last questions on your previous pictures which is the Y pipe? (again never looked at exhausts before in my life.) Wait i have done dirt bike exausts

If it's a simple bolt-on system, as long as you can get under your Jeep, it's something you could probably do yourself. Usually easier to take it to an exhaust shop, though. Those guys can bolt it up and/or weld it in place to make it a more permanent installation. That's how I had the one on my VW R32 done a few years back.

And I fall into the "dirtbike exhaust" category, too....except both of mine had 4 wheels instead of two.

Re: 2014 3.6 V6 Dual Exhuast for Grand Cherokee?

Just spoke with Borla about this- they said it would likely fit, but they weren't sure how it would sound/perform. Said something to the extent of - it might sound like crap, we haven't done any r&d on it-

Well, how does it sound on the V6 3.6?

It's been quite a while on this, no video, no sound clips? How's it performing? coming into some cash and looking into changing the exhaust and rims.
