Thanks for keeping us updated on all the work, Rob!
Thx u for the kind words. Urs is a pretty bad ass machine as well!

Thx. Actually no codes. I have the diablo tune and thought it would, but has not. The first day it was deff running weird. Felt like I lost a lot of low end torque. But next day she was running much better. Still lost some low end torque for sure which sux but love love love the sound. She sounds like she lopes at idle... Sound fits the look now

i am considering removing the suitcase as well but can't decide between the x-pipe or an h-pipe. did you think about an h-pipe? don't know anyone running one of those and you would lose less low end torque but many are doing x-pipes including many major catback exhaust companies.

At the end of the day its your Jeep and if you like it, that is all the matters.
It looks great!

Sounds rad. Stock anything is boring. Custom anything is always better!

2 Thoughts. Stock exhaust is 2.5" pipe and I'm gonna guess based on your "lost low end torque" comment that you went 3"? That is your main culprit for some sapping of low end but you should have had a decent mid-range pep added to your step? This is what happens with the Corsa "custom" on my Summit 5.7 as it is 3". Second thought, your day 1 wierdness was most likely your ECM adjusting to new out flow. Did you get the custom tune or the canned one? If custom, you should arrange to send them a fresh post-mod data pull so they can tweak your tune accordingly.

I did look into an H pipe and from what I read it looked like the X was more of the proper application for our vehicles.

Good luck let me know what you end up doing!

Ah, ok, then it's a back pressure change thing that tweaked your torque curve, hopefully it gave you a bump in the middle and/or high. If not, it's all about the sound anyway, isn't it

The re-tune should help some, good luck.
