Yes, I understand that but where would these companies be without customer service reps? Proper training and having the correct information is vital. Thanks for the offer but I have decided to go back to my stk. exhaust system so wasting his time with my complaints isn't going to help anyone at this point.

Hence the reason why I choose Corsa in the first place. Switching to another aftermarket exhaust manufacturer wasn't an option I was considering and re-installing the stock exhaust system is something I'm fine with doing.

Thanks
Michael Plummer

Fwiw my distributer shows multiple systems with black and polished tips in stock for the older system, however it is more expensive then the newer system..

Re: 5.7 hemi Corsa redesign

My opinion and I've bought many exhaust systems and been disappointed a few times (kooks, B&B, Corsa, Flowamaster, Borla)

...They did a perfect job with this new design. It sounds a bit louder at idle and normal driving( but not much louder) and it really barks when you lay into it. If it was any quieter, I would have been as disappointed as Mr Plummer there.

Re: 5.7 hemi Corsa redesign

My complete Corsa exhaust system will be for sale on May 4th. It will have less than 125 miles on it when it gets taken off. To all potential buyers thinking of purchasing the Corsa kit, here's your chance to save $$$. Check the classifieds on May 4th.

Thanks
Michael Plummer

Re: 5.7 hemi Corsa redesign

At first I didn't like my Corsa. After a week I like it. I got use to it. It's a big change from a quiet ride... Same with my Volant CAI. Loud at first, now it sounds normal to me...

It will depend on which tubing size you want but you can always checkout Corsa Performance to be absolutely sure.

Re: 5.7 hemi Corsa redesign

Well, I finally received my new "redesigned" Corsa system for our new 16 GC 5.7L today. Corsa told me that the hold up was getting the angle of the tips to match the contour of the bumper. This was an issue only with the twin tips for the Summit. The sales Mgr at Corsa told me that they wanted them to be perfect which accounted for the delay. When I ordered at the end of March , the ship date was 4-15 which got pushed back to 5-5. They did step up and offer me a discount. I have not been in any hurry, since I have been recovering from a Double cervical spinal fusion. I haven't driven in five weeks! Next week the collar will be gone and I should begin driving again. I will try and post some pictures once it is installed.

Re: 5.7 hemi Corsa redesign

Would the summit version fit on a high altitude? Are there any differences between a summit and overland exhaust system other than the tips / bumper?

The high altitude clearly has summit tips and bumper but having a hard time finding out if there any other differences in the exhaust system
