I don't see $1500 of labor involved, so I am wondering the complexity of the install and required tools.
They say it is a 6-8 hour install. I believe all parts are straight forward and bolt on, so I don't think it would be an issue to knock it out over a weekend.

I have the 3.6L so i am not sure if the 5.7L install is much different but the install on mine was pretty straightforward. It's really around a 5-6 hr job.

The hardest part of the install is pulling the upper intake and installing the new injectors...the rest is just installing brackets and piping..intercooler etc..

you'll need to pull the nose off...which is super easy..to install the piping to the intercooler ..

Once installed you just load the tune in(takes up to 1Hr) and then your done...after that you'll prob want a custom dyno tune as the canned tune is pretty mild. You can prob get another 20-30HP with a custom tune

Re: 5.7 hemi supercharger

Thought I'd chime in and see if there is any real interest in a group buy for the RIPP supercharger system.

Seconding this.

Wouldn't mind a little more pep. These are some heavy vehicles.

I am floating the idea of a group buy for the WK2. I have discounted pricing from the manufacturer so please PM me if you are interested (3.6, 5.7 and 6.4 are welcome).

Re: 5.7 hemi supercharger

Just finished making a 65 mile run
(exit 10 -> exit 4, NJ Turnpike). Pinned cruise control at 65 mph, 86 degrees outside, A/C cranked, and the patience of a god not to tear the sh*t out of my jeep on the turnpike after 5 weeks not having it.....but wanted to share the mpg. 28 is pretty damn good in my book!!! I'm sure it will if I pin it to 65mph with cruise control, but it's hard to. As you can tell....ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1466825979.100962.jpg
But even after some "fun"

21mpg isn't too bad for a V8.

RIPP Superchargers is a splendid one to behold
Re: 5.7 hemi supercharger

When driven conservatively our customers report up to a 3 MPG gain in fuel economy.
