Wrong. It added about 1/2 second average 0-60... Just not as much as I'd like. You don't feel the difference, but the numbers are there

That mod alone did not decrease your 0-60 times, not possible as it is larger diam, higher flowing than stock, thus reducing torque on low-end. I can give u the Corsa engineers phone number if you would like an explanation.

Re: 5.7L Hemi - where's the horsepower hiding?

Lol Keep telling yourself whatever you like if it makes you fee better.

Better exhaust flow = greater horsepower until you get to the point it starts to detract. The Corsa cat back is larger but not so large that it robs low end.

I've already spoke with John Oravec over there when tying to find a bad vibration. We spoke of the better acceleration and he agreed it helps.

The numbers don't lie, but honestly this is besides the point. Stop looking for arguments I've got better things to do than sit around drinking bud smoking cigarettes and arguing with people on jeep forum over mods.

It is platform specific. They all benefit in different parts of the power and. The current 5.7 actually loses torque on low end which as u know directly impacts launches and by default 0-60 ET. The higher flow does help HP but only mid+. Take two identical 5.7 rigs qith same driver and launch one stock one Corsa Cat-back and the stocker will beat the Corsa 0-60 every time. Ask John, he will agree.

Actually John has my '14 Summit 5.7 as we speak productizing the Corsa Cat-back they he made custom for my Jeep. I am quite confident that his better acceleration comment was the mid+ that HE previously explained to me when I questioned why my 0-60 took a hit after the Corsa Cat-back install.

Most people on here are just trying to be helpful. Disagreements happen but can't you just discuss things instead of resorting to this approach?

Your post asked why the 5.7 wasn't pwrky and u specifically asked about 0-60 and I simply gave you what I know from experience. Take it or not. People won't help u for long on here with your present attitude.

I really couldn't care less about you or anyone else's thoughts of my attitude.

Also, if you read my Original post, it asks where the HP is, not why isn't the car perky.

The Corsa was the only thing that helped the low end acceleration. It wasn't much, and is unnoticeable when driving. Just the 0-60 times are on average 1/2 second quicker with the Corsa. I did 35 0-60 runs when stock, and 40 more when running the afe stage 2 only.

A 2014, may as well be a totally different vehicle that happens to weigh about the same and uses the same engine.

Again, indifference.

Listen man all I want is my Jeep back from RIPP (6 weeks now). I wasn't too disappointed with the getty up before, hopefully I'll get what I paid for when I get it back. Till then....I'll just continue tearing into my gf 14 leased jgc V6 w/the 8 speed.

Your responses are the only ones that seem emotional.

Well here is one suggestion. If you want high performance in a HEMI, buy it in a Challenger..... Not an SUV.

Contact Sean at hemifevertuning.com. He certainly woke up my 2012 hemi. I am running mid 6 second times 0-60.
