Re: Advice needed.. V6 or V8?

A Chinese immigrant can't see well so goes to the eye doctor. After examining him the doctor says "you have a cataract", and the man replies, "no, I have a Rincoln Continental".

Actually, yes. But that is beside the point. I don't understand what you were asking, so I asked you to clarify. "Engrish prease" is a pretty common forum reply for jumbled posts like yours. Soooo...back to your original post.

What were you saying?

Also, if you're not in the US, my apologies...it may help to update your profile with your location so others do not question the perceived language barrier. If this is the best Jeep site, then maybe donate to show your appreciation.

Re: Advice needed.. V6 or V8?

Opps, Didn't realize this board was patroled by PC police. Guess I will have to save my polack jokes for another board.

Oh, and for said PC police, I'm part Polack, which makes me immune to PC prosecution. Just ask any rapper.

And back on topic, V8s are 33.3...% better than V6s. And twice as good as a 4 banger. Back to turning up my volume to 11.

Re: Advice needed.. V6 or V8?

I may be crazy, but I just got backl and negotiated a trade for my same color combo and a Hemi. The 6 is a good engine. There are just certain instances in traffic where it's sluggish and just won't respond. It was annoying enough to make me have buyers remorse.

I have driven both for extended periods and the difference is much more then 2mpg.
