Aero turbine

Had anyone used an X pipe with the Aero turbine 3030xl muffle/re signatory combo? This is what I looking at doing and keeping 2 and a half inch exhaust.

Be careful on messing with the cat back or you'll get drone. Any MDS equipped vehicle suffers from this. TMK the only drone free setups are Corsa and Borla.

You don't need an oil catch can. Even if you don't connect the factory hose back up to a CAI a breather will work. if you get oil coming out you have an issue. I ran my 300c like that for 2 years with not a single drop. I also run my close to 400hp race ski like that with not a drop.

As for a cam, have you done your research? They're fun but I'm not a fan what-so-ever of a canned tune with any cammed vehicle. I'd immediately put it on a dyno.

In the end it's your vehicle and you can always do what you want. That's just my .02

Re: Aero turbine

I think I want to just replace the rear mufflers, I'm still not sure about the X pipe though. I have been researching cams. I'm still on the fence about that. If I did I think I would likely go with the srt cam. And this was great advice
