Afe Magnus force cold air intake (pro-dry)

What do you guys think of this cold air intake for the '14 gc 5.7?

aFe makes quality products. I've used their Pro Dry S filters in a few applications. I wouldn't hesitate if you want an intake. They are all similar in sound and performance. Volant might be slightly more quiet due to their enclosed design, but I've read of many fitment issues. I for sure would pick aFe over an oiled K&N. Once you've had a performance dry filter, you won't want to go back to oiled gauze.

I had the afe on my Magnum R/T (Hemi) with the dry filter. I never had an issue. Loved it

So I've heard that this intake has a problem with it hitting the hood, os that true or did afe fix it?

Need to spend some extra time fitting in there and it does clear. I adedd a few washers under one of the 3 mounting points. Didn't hit hood but touched the under hood sound deadner.
