That's true, but you would have to look at the "Tow/Haul" light in the cluster the whole time.

You can also disable MDS by selecting any gear other than D with ERS. For example, just select top gear (6 for MY12 hemi) using ERS and MDS will be off.

Hey Brett - I'm a noob here, and a noob Jeep owner too, so please pardon me for asking what, "ERS", stands for?

Thanks!

Hi Rob,

It is Electronic Range Select. Basically, it's the ability to select the gear through the shifter (well, the highest gear anyway). You can use it to select top gear (i.e. 5 or 6 depending on which transmission you have) and it will then disable MDS.

Thanks for the info!

Re: Any new Updates heard for a WK2 Programmer - BullyDog, HyperTech, SuperChip

If I am correct the Hypertech will pay for itself 11 months and 17 months for the Diablo-IF 2+ miles per gallon driving about 12000 miles per year!
Sounds pretty good if all that is correct! Even if it is double that-still good.

Re: Any new Updates heard for a WK2 Programmer - BullyDog, HyperTech, SuperChip

I have been watching the feedback on the Hypertech Intercetor for my 2011 5.7 Limited and decided to pull the trigger. I installed it last Friday. Really took about 30mins to install and hide the wiring harness. What I immediately noticed that the flat spot was gone and the throttle responce was much improved. I have the ported stock TB / Volant and Magna flow exhast. I think the interceptor was a great addition. My 2 cents I hope it helps.
