I'd be surprised if you got any gains from that product. Most "dyno proven" tuning systems are at a minimum $300 and many go up from there.
This style of "chip" typically plugs into your IAT and fools the engine into thinking that intake temps are cooler than they really are, therefore advancing spark, etc. I wouldn't waste my money.
If you want some more performance, perhaps I could recommend a Diablo programmer with a Hemifever tune.
