Yep, my wrench (winch) wrenches. Sorry, one of a kind, no clones.

Knew that 6 months after meeting her, when she agreed to help me finish off the basement! Picture 5'5" helping frame and to hold up sheetrock to the ceiling.

Nope, but she wheels a mean Jeep. Got tired of riding with me and "demanded" her own. Don't think that doesn't get expensive. Whatever goes on one, goes on the other.

This mob is doing Borla drop shipped from the US 2k from the US incl shipping same part number as the US version.
http://www.cruisinon.ws/j_grandcherokee_performance.asp

So the corsa should be no problem for us here.
I am thinking of the corsa as well.

Re: Borla vs. Corsa

Install Update. We finally received the replacement driver's side tunnel muffler from Corsa. The original one came dented and they wanted to replace it.

Install was pretty straight forward, the instructions being excellent.

Sound - Very subtle at cruise, with a noticeable growl under WOT, no drone detected at cruise. The wife thinks it is too mild even though you can just hear it in the background at cruise compared to not at all with OEM exhaust. I like it, but am going to install the Volant CAI I just ordered to step up the growl a notch for her.

Overall, I think the Corsa provides an on demand Hemi growl while retaining a quieter ride under cruise. Though I haven't heard the Borla, based on what others have posted, I suspect if you are looking for a louder full time Hemi sound, Borla could be a better choice. Would be fun to have a head to head comparison of the two exhausts.

Good news...my wife had a Corsa on her Tahoe and was afraid the Corsa on the 5.7L would be too loud. Please let me know how it sounds once you add the Volant.

Re: Borla vs. Corsa

I have one funny question. What does everyone do with their stock exhaust? Being just about one piece it isn't something easily stored and I am sure there isn't a market for them either.

Actually, I have the 3.6L Pentastar. If anyone has a 5.7L original exhaust that they removed to install a Corsa or Borla (or any other aftermarket Cat Back system) in the Southern California area, I'd be more than happy to take it off your hands. I'd be happy to solve jeep2011's question for ya!

Thumbsup, it is nicely aggressive. If one is looking for subtle, go elsewhere.
