Thinking about your post and reading another thread, I noticed you have an aftermarket intake. That in combination with the corsa may be the source of your drone.

I also have an '02 WJ with 4.7 V8. I have B&B Trifling exhaust on that. I added a K&N FIPK Intake and all off the sudden the drone was ridiculous. I removed the intake and put the stock air box back on and the drone was gone. Sounded great with the intake but the drone was unbearable to me and passengers.

Maybe try putting your stock intake back on and see if your drone issue goes away.

Fwiw, no drone on my '14 Hemi with Volant/Corsa CAI with either the orig or redone Corsa Cat-back....

Thanks...I will try that.Maybe it's not drone but just to loud. It is fine on the highway. Just around town going up small hills when you have to gas it. It's quieter to have the drivers window down as to up.

Drone and louder are two different things.

Loud is loud

Drone is like a reverberation, resonance, just makes your ear drums pulsate at a certain rpm kind of thing.

Just installed mine last night.. I was missing hardware to attach the flange to factory drivers side pipe.. spoke to corsa twice today already and i have yet to get my emailed response regarding where to email my invoice since they dont want to send me the fasteners without it..Hopefully this will not delay transit time to recieve my parts..

The system sounds great. It does not drone at all but it is louder then stock of course. Exactly what i was after.. I just wish the customer service was up to par with the quality of the actual exhaust.

Yeah, I was missing the bolts for the drivers flange in my kit as well but I had some laying around that worked fine.

The tips still stick out more then I like but after seeing some pics I can take to work and modify. I like the black tips and was waiting for someone to get them.

Yeah, they do stick out a bit...You are right, you could take them off, cut off some of the pipe, extend the relief slit in the pipe and swage the pipe open with an exhaust spreader.

Not a big deal as long as you have the tools. I might do this if I get bored one day.

No cutting. Just adjusting. You wouldn't want them in any further.

Fwiw, any cutting or mod to the system voids the warranty to the extent they know about it.

Its louder than stock which is what you would expect. But it does not drone.

After the warm up, the tips DO stick out waaaaay too far!
