I'd recommend calling corsa and asking, no better way then finding out direct. I doubt it would void the warranty.

Might be best e-mailing, that way you have a record just in case in the future if you had a warranty issue and it was being denied due to painting even though they originally stated painting was OK if that is the case....

Not a problem as long as you don't get any paint on any of the O2 Sensors (pre and Post Catalytic Converter) or any of the Evap system components.

Re: Corsa Exhaust Install - Quick Update

Hi Guys,
Must apologies first because this may be a bit off topic here. Recently ordered from good old USA 4 20" wheels and tires, and having them shipped to a storage point near border in WA and BC, I'm in Vancouver btw doing this to save on shipping costs and brokerage fees. And will soon order either Cosar or Mopar exhaust systems soon.

My questions is, do you think I could squeeze all 4 wheels, 4 tires and a cat-back system all into the JGC when I cross the border to pick them up? Not sure how big of a box the cat-back system comes in but kind of doubt the JGC can take them all.

I read somewhere on this forum that Mopar's cat-back are manufactured by Corsa, so they are identical except for badging. Can someone please confirm this?

Thanks in advance for your help.

btw I got these for wheels, I think they'll be alright looking on JGC eh?

Yes
Interesting side note: The Mopar cat-back on my 05 magnum r/t was a rebadged Borla.

No they will not all fit. With the back seats folded down, the factory WK2 20" rims with tires on them took up the entire room in mine.

The box that the Corsa exhaust came in was about 5ft long, 2ft wide, 1.5ft deep and weighs about 100lbs. That took up most of the back as well.

Can you get a small trailer or a 2nd vehicle to help?
