Installed the Corsa exhaust this weekend, it only took a couple of hours minus fixing one issue. Everything was pretty straight forward except for the rear axle brace could use some extra support. Also some of the clamps didn't seem to fuse the pipes together very well. A couple clamps took way more than the recommend torque's to keep the pipes from slipping (even after heat cycling).
I painted the rear mufflers black so it would blend in and draw the eyes back up to the beautiful Corsa tips.
The Corsa system is very heavy (probably 20-30lbs heavier than the factory) and the mufflers and tips hung a little low for my liking. A trip to the hardware store fixed this issue and gave the support needed. (It worked for mine, others might not have the same issue)
Using a metal strap I was able to tuck the pipes, mufflers, and tips up where they should be. This also provides a sturdy system. I still have a little bit more painting to make it all look OEM'ish.
I will have to say it does sounds great. It isn't very loud unless you get on it. I would recommend to anyone looking for a little more of that pleasing HEMI sound.
Only one more question is left....is anyone worried about the drivers rear muffler generating to much heat for the trailer wiring? I was thinking about putting some additional heat shielding above rear mufflers to protect the body and wiring.
