Re: Diablo - HemiFever Tuning - Question?

After reading all reviews I really want to pull the trigger on this already.... but only after the 2011 issue is cleared up - any update or timeframe?

So you are saying with the Hemifever tune you get the same mileage as before installing the tune but get better performance? I realize better MPG should not be a concern on an SUV with a Hemi but every little bit helps and I sure don't want to see a drop in MPG.

I can vouch for this. Ive been running the 91 HF tune for about a tank and a half now and with regular driving ive been close to or slightly better than my mpg stock.

Re: Diablo - HemiFever Tuning - Question?

^^ X2. I've run both of the hemifever tunes I have- 89 and 91, and love, love, love the way the jeep drives now. Night and day difference from stock and also the diablo canned tunes. Not seeing the dramatic increase in MPG some others have shared, but may be because I can't stop getting after it from time to time. When I have tried to drive it normally like I did before the tunes, I'm definitely not seeing worse MPG, and it actually looks to be a little better. As others have said, this is MUST have for the WK2.

Yes, I get the same stock MPG's after I installed the Hemifever tune. I lost two when I went with the Diablo canned tune.

Re: Diablo - HemiFever Tuning - Question?

I don't see a mpg difference in street driving but a noticeable increase on hwy. I took a 200 mile trip and got 24+ going at 65-70 coming home 70-85 got 21.9. The other day I returned my Jeep to stock programming to see the difference "wow" what a slug. Going back to 93.

- ^^^ - Sorry to say - Nothing yet for 2013+ as far as I know. Guess it takes some time to crack codes on the newer computers ...

Re: Diablo - HemiFever Tuning - Question?

This seems like the tune to go with when it becomes available for the 14's

At the rate they're going on the '13s, I think the WK3s will be out before you see a '14 tune

Lol, well the 13's were pretty short lived. Maybe they're going to hold off and release both the 13' and 14' tunes together.
