DYNO RESULTS (Cold Air Induction)

Took my new to me 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 5.7L to the dyno.

Dyno facility: Enhanced Street Performance (ESP) in Sterling, MA
ESP

Staff at ESP: Professional, friendly and basically your automotive enthusiast type. Had the pleasure to meet one of the owners (Dave). Very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Nick the dyno operator was very courteous and he even laid down plastic on my carpet so it wouldn't get dirty....nice touch.

Facility: They need more lighting, I found the place a little on the dark side. But fairly clean and organized.

My Jeep had 10,362 miles when I purchased on 3/09/16 and today it has 11,459 miles.
Dyno test w/stk air box and old filter: I even tried a brand new stock air filter and it was basically the same RWHP numbers as the old filter.
Best run RWHP: 285.5@5196 RPM and RWTQ: 318.2@4209 RPM

Dyno test w/K&N Cold Air Induction and old filter:
Best run RWHP: 296.1@5171 RPM and RWTQ: 326.2@4060 RPM

Gains of 10.3 RWHP & 8.0 RWTQ peak

We tried our best to keep our oil and tranny temps the same before each run. The Jeep doesn't like a long cool down. It made it's best HP & TQ when it was run on the second of a back to back run.

Thanks
Michael Plummer
