E-Cut out location - Corsa Exhaust

Sorry if this is a repeat but I looked and looked and couldn’t' find anything similar.
I've ordered a 3" stainless steel Corsa Cat back exhaust system as I want my everyday driving exhaust sound to be a bit louder than stock but not offensive. I've listened to quite a few 5.7L Grand Cherokees (YouTube videos admittedly), and from what I can tell the Corsa sounds the best. It is deep without being too low, and has a bark without being raspy. Also with the resonators and specific bends in the pipes it doesn’t drone or vibrate which is perfect for every day driving.
So anyone who has something different, please save your suggestions.

So my real question here is WHERE DO I PUT MY Electronic Cut Outs?
I want these for an occasional Blast just for show and fun. I’m going to keep the cats ON, but I’m thinking about putting the cut-outs BEFORE the cats. I live in Florida and though removing the cats is a Federal offense (Florida doesn’t enforce as there is no vehicle inspection), I wouldn’t be removing them - just by-passing them OCCASSIONALLY.
However, how quickly would the computer pick up an o2 sensor issue and cause a CEL? I’ve read that some computers are instantaneous, and some take a few minutes. I would only run the vehicle with Cut-outs open for a few seconds at a time. If the code is instant, would I have to reset by disconnecting the battery, or will it clear on its own after a few minutes of driving with the cut outs closed?
I only want to put the cut outs ahead of the cats because I fear by putting them after the cats (requires modifying the Corsa system), I won’t gain much volume as compared to just letting the exhaust run through the entire system and out the tips.
How much do the Cats muffle the exhaust? Would it be worth it to put the cut-outs after the cats just to avoid the potential o2 sensor issue?
If not, and I put the cut outs ahead of the cats, how difficult is it to reset o2 codes?
If anyone has any experience with this please let me know!

Thank in advance,

- fLoOn
