Getting my exhaust done in the days to come, since I had my rear mufflers deleted just haven't been feeling it. Was curious to what you guys think if I should go with Borla or the Magnaflow? If you have any other ideas im open to everything.
I'm driving a GC 2015 Altitude 3.6 v6

I have a 3.6 with the resonator deleted as well. It's different from stock but far from where I want to be.

I have seen a couple exhaust systems that replace the suitcase muffler we have. One is from magnaflow and the other I believe is from dynomax.

Personally I'm just thinking of buying two resonators to replace the suitcase muffler and straight piping the rest.

Dude, both of those sound bloody awful! :slapfight: There is no replacement for displacement!! Get a hemi & Corsa exhaust!

If you don't have a V8 motor, I wouldn't bother! It won't sound much better and you can save a bunch of money! :p. For what it's worth, Corsa is the only way to go!

I LOVE my Corsa...had Magnaflow, Borla and Flowmaster on my 08' 5.7L...then chopped the resos off the SRT stock but I wanted more. Then in came the Corsa. PERFECT for my needs: Daily driver, sounds awesome at start-up and no drone @ 80mph...plus it SCREAMS @ WOT. Best of all worlds IMO

I also love the GT-Haus exhaust but they don't make it for the 5.7 Hemi Overland. Bummer, as it sounds pretty amazing!

hemi2 - its all personal preference. the hemi's sound good, but other than the 392, they are total dogs, dont care what you do to them... had enough of em to know unless you supercharge a 5.7 its sounds like its got snot, but has very little. my eco would (regular everyday driving) walk tha thing no problem.

now, onto the sound of a 3.6? of course its going to sound god awful, every american 6 banger sounds like its strugglin for dear life. just said it sounded better (imo) than a stock 3.6. thats all.

second, getting an exhuast for any vehicle, unless its meant for speed, or hearing yourself drive through tunnels is just a waste of money, especially if you buy magnaflow, borla, corsa... $1000+ for an exhuast? what a joke.

gt mesitershaft on a srt8? now thats a totally different story. with electronic cut-outs, the thing sounds bad ass, and actually works!

I agree with ya. Almost every American v6 sounds like it's about to have a stroke lol even my modded 3.7 lol and it's probably the best sounding 3.7 anywhere.

The 5.7 in stock form is a dog lol my 3.7 would pull on one.

Srt + gthaus = amazing, no denying that one
