Hey guys I have this bad boy in mine.. You can deff hear the engine sucking air and has a better jump to it.. Very Easy.. Just have to cut part of the top cover for clearance.. Like to hit it going on the on ramp of the expressway

Did you do install of Mopar CAI yourself or did you go to dealer or other shop? Would deAler do this install? Any concern about warranty? How is the sound with normal driving? I understand that it sounds great with acceleration. Also, why did you choose Mopar over other brands? Much Thanks!

I did it my own and it took about an hour or so.. The instructions are easy.. I would not go to the dealer as for me they usually make me wait FOR-EV-ER.. I can't see why this would void the warranty as it is made specifically for the vehicle.. The only Mod is that you have to cut part of the engine cover for clearance on one of the pipes.. Very easy just used a utility knife slowly cutting it.. I picked the mopar one because it looked great and it would not void my warranty..also they do not use a oiled filter as some of those can suck in crap.. The noise is more like a low tone accelerating.. When you get on it you can hear the engine growl.. But there are tons of cheaper options out there they may be just as good.
