Bring some tissue because it's gonna get messy.

I was really worried about the fart between shifts when listening to YouTube videos, and I do agree for some it might be an acquired taste, but OMG it sounds amazing. Heads turning all over the place.

NONE of the videos/audio clips do it justice.

Please forgive the shitty pics and dirty car. Build is still in progress. I got the black tips because I'm blacking out the entire vehicle

Re: For Anyone Considering The Corsa 14991 Cat Back

Can you ask them if they will ever have one for the V6's with dual exit exhaust? I wouldn't want to buy the v8 version and modify it that kinda defeats the purpose of buying such a pricey system...

Looks awesome. How loud is it? i.e. great driving around normally and then loud/aggressive when jumping on the throttle?

To be honest, because of the price point, I would never put this exhaust on a V6.

For me its perfect. It sounds different depending on what mode you are in.

When I'm just in drive, it is not over powering but you can still tell you got something special back there.

Now, when you go into sport mode or god forbid paddle shifter mode, holy shit does it let you know its around. Again not too loud, not over powering but it sounds impressive as all hell.

What does the price point have anything to do with the car being a v6 or v8? Not everyone wants the v8. It's a suv not a sports car. YouTube the wk2 v6 corsa and listen to it. It doesn't sound bad at all to me.

Regardless you better slap a sprint booster and run it in green mode daily. It's the best mod I've done to this thing by far. That and the tazer to enable SRT speedo and gauges. Check out user Skunkd build thread in the member show off section for details.

Purely personal preference and opinion.

I put a decent amount of money into each car I buy doing aftermarket stuff. If I was going to get the v6, I'd still probably throw an exhaust on it, but I most likely wouldn't spend $1700 on it and I wouldn't get nearly as aggressive sounding of an exhaust. For me personally the sound and cost is a bit over the top for a v6. Nobody asks me if i have the hemi, they tell me I have the hemi and then ask who that insane exhaust I have is made by.

I've had the sprint booster on amazon on an open tab in my browser for 2 weeks. In some thread on here someone linked to a sort of intense write up of why that specific product doesn't work. To be honest I didn't read it and will probably just order anyway because I hate the current throttle response.

Did not know about the SRT speedo and gauges but now I'm excited and will research that.

lol yeah I have ~15k in mods on my KFC v6 I'm not afriad to tell people it's just the v6 either because it turns heads everywhere everyone thinks it an SRT and I have to quickly correct them. I just like the tone of the corsa, wish they made it for the v6 so I could bolt it on. It is by far the best sounding exhaust for this car no matter what motor you have. Mine is a daily driver and I never tow so for sake of being civilized I stuck with the v6. It's a hog but the sprint booster really brought this thing to life!

Oh yeah, and much more, here's all you get:

Feature enable: The Tazer can enable factory Sport Mode (5 speed and 8 speed), SRT EVIC Performance pages, and SRT performance pages* in the Uconnect radio. Enable paddle shifters if you add the factory paddle-equipped steering wheel. Enable factory fog lights and backup camera & grid lines. Enable Shift Light on 2015+ (6.4L). Disable in-motion navigation lockout. Disable seatbelt reminder chime. And more, see installation and operation manual or FAQ/Feature Chart.

Line Lock: Press 2 steering wheel buttons while stopped, and the ABS valves will hold the vehicle with the front brakes so you can hit the gas and do a perfect burnout as long as you wish, with no wear on the rear brakes. No plumbing required! This is a perfect alternative to the traditional plumbed-in solenoid type line lock / roll control. Super simple and cannot be detected! When Line Lock is in use, it temporarily disables traction control and for AWD cars, keeps the car in RWD mode.

Light Show: Using the keyfobw or steering wheel buttons and added dash menu, turn on a light show that flashes the exterior lights in 7 different patterns. Perfect for car shows and parades.

Peak RPM Display: Will display actual shift RPMs after each shift - great when adjusting Autoupshift to squeeze every last bit out of that high revving cam, or to check what RPM you hit when shifting manually.

0 to 30 and 0 to 60 Timer : Will display 0 to 30 and 0 to 60 times on EVIC display. Good for the 2011's that can't enable SRT pages.

Force AWD modes: On AWD models, force the AWD system to stay in RWD or AWD, instead of letting the car decide on its own. Good for racing, drifting, etc. Or set it back to "normal" whenever you wish.

Reset Adaptives: Will reset TCM adaptives any time you wish with a simple push of the "BACK" and cruise on/off buttons.

ESP full on/off: Press and hold the ESP button for 7 seconds to TOTALLY disable the ESP, ABS, AWD systems. Press and hold again to turn it back on.

Add video sources to RA3/RA4 radios: special cable available here.

*UConnect performance pages on 8.4" Uconnect only (2012-2014). EVIC SRT menu and Sport Mode are available on the 4.3" screen.

See installation & Operation Manual for feature details, as they differ depending on year/make/model.

Z Automotive Programming Utility (for Windows PCs only) is used for firmware updates.

INSTALLATION IS A SIMPLE MATTER OF PLUGGING IT INTO THE DIAGNOSTIC OBD2 PORT WHICH IS LOCATED ABOVE THE PARKING BRAKE.
