Re: Gibson Exhaust ORDERED

Highway mileage has gone up 1.6 MPG (from 21 to 22.6) according to a 3-hour road trip cruising at about 72 after installing the Gibsons.

Re: Gibson Exhaust ORDERED

Hope someone can answer this question for me. I am definitely interested in the Gibson system. The price is right, but that has me questioning why its so much less expensive. The Gibson seems like its half the price of other catback systems, and way less than Borla or Corsa, but those are full systems. Why is it is much less?

Also, I used to have a 1998 5.9, would the Gibson offer a similar sound?

Mine (Gibson 17407) is just an axle-back set with resonators and stainless 4" tips.

Re: Gibson Exhaust ORDERED

Has anyone installed the dual exhaust Gibson on their 3.6L?

I'm curious if there may be any problems, but I don't see why it would be any different than mounting some of the other brand dual exhausts that people use. Anyone know?

Also looks like it may not come with all of the tubing I'd need for the second exhaust addition. There aren't many photos of the system so I'm having trouble confirming that.

*Looks like these aren't all of the proper tubes I'd need to add to a single exhaust...but I'm not positive.
