good exhaust system for 14 gc limited 3.6l v6?

Hey guys looking to get a nice exhaust system of my 14 limited, good meaning sounding nice and stuff like that. I just installed a kn air intake and it made the car much louder and a little faster not a big difference but a difference.

Sounds like you just want a noise maker.

Save your money and either stick with the stock system, or weld-in a couple performance mufflers.

Can't believe people spend what they do just to make their exhaust system louder...you certainly won't see much of a HP gain with just a cat back system on the 3.6L.

It does help in the low 3k rpms I have a catback on my 3.7. We are the underdogs but we still like to be like everybody else you know? I like my intake and catback they go hand in hand but if you really want to get more gains or "bang for your buck" get some headers change out the tb and get the catback. That's if there is any headers for your 3.6. If not stick with the intake for now

less $$ than some spend to make their stereo system louder.

Please spend more money...good for the economy

I'd have a look through every page of this thread, as it pretty much lists out every option - single outlet or the dual mod route.

3.6 dual exhaust

I am thinking the same questions.

I think what i have found so far that seems to be very good is the MagnaFlow Exhaust 16929. Thinking this will be my next mod along with a aFe CAI. For my 2014 GC Limited. I read this will fit the 3.6L with no issues.

Re: good exhaust system for 14 gc limited 3.6l v6?

I think the V6 limited exhaust is awesome. It has an awesome purr when you open it up and nice and quiet while cruising and normal driving. Oops. just noticed you've been there done that.

There is a thread of someone that added a K&N intake to make more noise, but he eventually took it out though. You can jump to 2:20 if you are impatient

I like the original but what I am looking for is a better growl!! Obviously i wanna never get a deep V8/SRT sound but something deep and throaty I think is very attainable. Exhaust, CAI and then a new throttle body. I ordered the diablo already. So we'll see!!

Trying to find a good price in the exhaust now. If i was looking a few days back, someone had a good price for one in the Sales forum.........hopefully soon i'll see a good deal.

cheapest I have found is $1127.73 no tax, shipped. this is on performancetruckproducts with code MAG20.

Gonna see if I can find a little better deal but if not, in the next fews days, will be buying.
