Re: Got my Billet Technology Catch Can today

Quick question for the ones that have it. On the bottom of the can is their a threaded hole ? i have been looking at different ones and seen only one that has a 1/8" hole that would be great to put a nipple and valve on for easy draining

It's flat on the bottom.

Re: Got my Billet Technology Catch Can today

Just got my catch can and tried to mount the bracket but I am not able to get the provided bolts to thread into the pre-existing mounting holes on my jeep. Has anyone else experienced this on a 2014 5.7 JGC, if so, what did you do to resolve. I was thinking of drilling out the existing holes but I am hesitant to do so.

Fair enough, i'll use the force Ok i tried to apply pressure to the screw and thread it but failed to make any progress. If you look at the picture, there are clips on these holes, they do not appear to be the problem. The issue i see is the hole itself looks to be tapered.

GOT IT! Those two clips at each mounting point must be removed. After doing that i was able to attach the bracket without issue and more importantly without drilling!

Re: Got my Billet Technology Catch Can today

Ordered mine a few days ago... I'm hoping that the 20 day wait time is just a overly generous estimate.
