Yes that's the bracket that comes with the kit. It's easy enough to unscrew the bottom and take it out. It is a little tight with the hoses there, but with a little patience it'll come out without spilling anything.

Also, you can always remove one of the hoses attached to the catch can if you can't get to it. They come off pretty easily.

OK Thanks. I think I ran out of questions.lol
Now I have to decide on a color, the billet aluminum or red. I have the cherry red overland and thinking the red may look good.

Glad I could help!

I went with the black cause I wanted it to blend in and it ended up looking really nice with the braided hoses and nickel fittings.

Red sounds great though. That way if later down the road you decide to buy their under hood kit, you can go with red all around.

Re: Got my Billet Technology Catch Can today

Just read the entire thread, can't wait to get mine. Ordered 8/24 and went with the blue.
Still waiting and seems mine will overlap the lead time of 20 days. Seems they were out of stock.

The wait is killing me...

Mine seemed like it took forever to get shipped. I think it was about 14 days, but shipping was quick so it wasn't too bad. Here are some pictures of mine installed. Got the satin with nickel fittings for a more stock look. Was going to go black but decided against it. My setup is almost the same with another posters (volant CAI and BT catch can). Funny how that works sometimes.

I wish the volant installed straight and parallel with the engine cover.Other than that it is a good match.

Re: Got my Billet Technology Catch Can today

So i got my can! Unfortunately, this weekend my truck got broken into so the Jeep is out of commission at this moment. Going tomorrow to get an estimate done for repairs on leather trim(interior), exterior door paint and actual Mopar Window.

Not sure if i should install or wait until repairs are done so i can enjoy this beast!

Re: Got my Billet Technology Catch Can today

^ That sucks. Good luck you your repairs.

The new clear BT catch cans are way cool. I want one when they have their 40% off sale.

Thank you.

Oh cool, had no idea they had these. I have been wondering not that it matters or that i need it but i noticed the actual can seems a bit short. I used to have an elite catch can, same identical concept just felt a tad longer. They actuall came out with an even longer can.

Realisticly, i can see a longer can being beneficial for those who use their rides for racing as the harder you drive the more gunk your gonna catch but it can come in handy if you ever forget to dump it. IDK... just a thought.

Re: Got my Billet Technology Catch Can today

Does anyone have the red catch can on there deep cherry red Overland? Just wondering how close the colors match, also just wondering why do they have that hose from the PCV running back into the intake if it's not good for the engine??? Is it an environmental thing?
