My last dyno trip netted 403awd hp at 9lbs running rich

I'm at 14-15lbs now..I have a dyno day scheduled on Saturday so I'm hoping to get a safe 450awd hp out of it

Can't wait to see what it tunes out at!
I feel like if you could do headers that you would probably be at that Mark now and shooting for 475-500awhp. I think having the exhaust manifolds integrated into the heads as they are is holding the 3.6 back some

Well...I had my jeep strapped to the dyno on Saturday but the tuner was unable to access my Diablo tune file because they lock the tune file somehow..he uses hp tuning

So he is working on creating a baseline tune from my Diablo tune this week..but ..he did say that hp tuning allows for much more granular tuning as compared to Diablo so I'm pretty optimistic that we'll get a safe tune in the 420-450awd hp range

My biggest concern right now is around the transmission..I'm trying to find a stronger solution than the stock 845re

Was this person a licenced CMR diablosport tuner? Dosent sound like it since he is pushing HPT (they both accomplish the same thing).. I would do yourself a favor and contact the person who tuned it prior to make necessary revisions.

The tuner I was working with on Saturday is a rock star at tuning but he really only uses hp ..not Diablo ..my Diablo tuner has been helping me remotely ..he's in Florida and I'm in mass ..so I was hoping to get a custom tune while it was on the dyno

Working with the remote tuner has helped get it close..but it's not perfect so I think we're going to start from scratch and tune it with hp

If he uses hptuners he is relatively new to tuning mopar. Believe me i do both and they are far from the same.. i would still stick with the guy sending you diablo e-tunes and if you are not using a well setup eddy current dyno aka mustang dyno i wouldnt put much stock into that custom dyno tune being better than tuning from logs taken from real driving conditions anyway..

Yeah...he is new to tuning mopar but he has years of experience tuning most everything else..so I wanted to give him a shot. Here's a couple pics of the dyno...it's the newest Mustand Dyno with all the bells and whistles.

This particular tuner claims that the HP system allows for much more granular tuning over Diablo..I know nothing about tuning so I am in no position to argue either way ...My Diablo tuner has been unable to tune out a cold start issue I have so I was really hoping that HP would allow me to get this tuned out..

I'll be back on the dyno in a week or 2 though ..

I got 403Hp last time...no tuner present..just a few pulls at 9lbs ..but this time I was unable to run it ..the tuner only uses HP tuning and he couldn't convert my Diablo tune to HP...so its going to be a week or 2 until we get it back on the dyno to tune it. I also Upped the boost to 14LBS so I didn't want to just run it without adjusting the tune first-
