You need to look at that data carefully As has been mentioned in several other threads the results are "representative" and so many other qualifiers that the published data is useless except for marketing. For all we know, they may be reusing test data from an overly restrictive blocked filter chrysler... Just saying that those gains are optimistic at the optimal conditions, no where near what you see on the street. Once the ECU tunes for the new flow characteristics, you may lose HP. Volant probably knows this and won't go there for marketing hype. K&N could care less just to make a buck... What you need is an independent test evaluation. These guys are not going to do that as they know the results will show little street gain, if any. On the track, where routing 6000 rpms are reached it may be a different story.
