intake and exhaust valve weight

does anyone know the weight of the stock 5.7 eagle valves, im wondering if i should switch to Manley race valves while my heads are off. i know weight reduction helps but at the same time im not looking to send my heads out or get a valve job. just stock size just upgraded materials ect...
thanks joey
