Oil FIlter Comparison

This is probably one of the best oil filter comparisons I have ever seen..
Make your own assumptions but im glad I use Royal purple filters. and in an alternative, I will use Amsoil.

Sorry I never use Amsoil products oil or filters. I have disassembled a number of engines over the last 35 years that used Amsoil w/documentation of oil changes etc and Amsoil failed to provide adequate protection against wear etc. Amsoil is pyramid scheme similar to Herbalife etc.

I havent been pleased with the several of the engines I helped tear down over the past few years that used Royal Purple. Royal Purple wants to play in Redline's marketplace but their products just arent as good. I would go with Redline over Royal Purple and especially Amsoil even i I was getting Royal Purple and Amsoil for free.

Just remember in NASCAR, NHRA, Indy Car and USCC just because they have the decals on the car that may not be what they are running in the engine , trannie, and diffs.

Yeah - I think, "Setoutguy", may be an anti-AMSOIL troll. Any time someone mentions AMSOIL-anything, he seems to show up debunking it with pretty much the same spiel, IMO.

Honestly, I wouldn't expect the mopar filters to be any different then the standard filters such as STP, Purolater, Wix, motorcraft.

Re: Oil FIlter Comparison

the K&N oil filters are honestly my 3rd favorite after RP and amsoil. if I couldn't get either of those 2, I would get the K&N.
