oil filter holding rod broken

hello. somebody can tell me which is the number of part and where the i can buy, of holding rod, in the previous change of oil is broke

Do you mean the whole rod, or the part that fits in the end of the rod with a spring under it? This piece is a the bypass valve and is common failure with a long thread here:

Oil Filter Assembly - Plastic parts broken (2011 GC 3.6L)

Jeep does not sell this part, but on the last page is a link to a Motor City Mechanic youtube video where he is testing a Dorman third party replacement that should be available soon. Check that thread for some workarounds, including using a machine screw, or buying the whole filter assembly ($120-$140?) just to scavenge the bypass valve.

If the whole rod itself is broken, you may have to replace the filter assembly.
