Pre-made Ported intake manifolds

Hey guys. So we all know that one of the bigger limitations of the 3.6L Pentastar is the intake manifold. I started looking around and yesterday I ran across this website from Canadia that actually sells the stock manifolds but he ports them in advance and the best part is theyre only $250 - not too shabby.

:: Overkill Motorsports ::

The HP Tuner he offers also has transmission control - unlike this DiabloSport T1000 I bought about a month ago. SERIOUSLY wish I had known that before I bought it.

Re: Pre-made Ported intake manifolds

I have a new 3.6 intake manifold if anyone is interested in buying it to port yourself...

Would be nice if they ported the integral exhaust manifold.

No, the exhaust manifolds are cast as one unit with the heads. They cannot be separated

Re: Pre-made Ported intake manifolds

What concerns me is the lack of data. No data on airflow improvements from the old vs. new lower intake. And no dyno or track numbers. Makes me wonder if the new ported intake actually works.

Well then someone buy it, do a before and after dyno on it. It be interesting. I have the lower portion of my intake ported on my 3.7 but I never got stock dyno numbers to compare to. But I can only estimate my power gains from what I've seen them dyno

Honestly, I couldn't recommend a performance part without some kind of data to go by as a guide.
