With the SRT you get 600AWD-HP and that dwarfs the 3.6 and 5.7's power. There are plenty of 500-600WHP SRT's driving around with RIPP kits and there a handful that have had issues, but they were all very early systems. The GEN2 kits
are really dialed in and considered safe. The Hyperutectic pistons found in the 392 are lighter and thinner than conventional piston which gives the 6.4 the ability to rev so quickly. They don't like weak gas or detonation and excessive heat. We dial most of that out with a really conservative tune which works well for clients who want more but can respect the machine for what it is. If you continually beat it up, it's beat you back.
We have over 4500 Jeep Wrangler kits on the market driving around and we can attest to both the 5.7 and the 3.6's integrity. They have proven themselves worthy of the test of time. We love both those engines in stock form. Both make great Wheel HP and respectable daily drivers.
